"Delta Max Broker" was created on February 3, 2005 and belongs to the “Delta Max Group”. The main goal of the company is to provide maximally wide range of services in securities market. The Company has a license given by Center for Coordinating and Control of securities market of RUz № 1111 from December 21, 2005 to implement investment intermediary activities. .

"Delta Max Broker" provides the following services in securities market:

- acquiring shares in primary market from State committee for property management and IF “Davincom”;

- buying and selling shares in stock exchange and of-board market;

- increasing the concentration of shareholder participation in authorized capital by working with small shareholders;

- placing corporate bonds among investors.
