Comments:
1. This price list comes into effect if there is no prices, indicated in a contract with Client on providing depositary services;
2. In the case of providing both depositary and registrar services (according to a Contract), there will not be charged any costs for registration in shareholders register;
3. In the case of providing both depositary and registrar services for Issuer, (according to a Contract), there will not be charged fees for account transfers in shareholders’ register;
4. Pensioners will be served for free in the case of carrying out administrative operations and providing information services.
5. Participants of World War II, Afghanistan war, liquidation of the consequences of Chernobyl AES accident, invalids of the 1st and 2nd groups will be served for free.
6. Tariff policy of the Depositary will be adjusted in accordance with changes in market conjuncture. According to the demand of the client and the specification of his activity, depositary may develop individual tariff structure.
