Closed joint stock company Depositary “DILARES” works in securities market since 1996 and provides full range of services on depositary services and shareholder registering services of joint-stock companies.

Depositary Dilares implements its activity on the basis of professional participant’s license, given by the Center for Coordination and Control of Securities Market of RUz:

• Depositary services license №962 from 18.06.2003;

• Registering services license №722 from 18.06.2003.

Nowadays, depositary “Dilares” works in competitive environment, among more than 35 independent depositaries in securities market of Uzbekistan and remains one of the rapidly developing investment institutes in depositary and registrar services market.

All employees of the depository have qualification certificates for dealing with securities. Our depository has established close cooperation with many professional participants of securities market – brokerage offices, registrar-holding companies and other investment institutions. We widely use electronic communications.

Combination of depository and registrar services gave us an opportunity to minimize the costs of investors, as our investors can conduct all operations only in one depository, avoiding the problems concerning confirmation of ownership rights on securities, which should be registered in both depositary and registrar holder. Combination of both structures into one, allowed us considerably (practically two times) to minimize the costs of investor to maintain the accounting system.

Tariff policy

Taking into account functions, conducted by CJSC “Dilares” in accordance with functioning legislation, there were determined the list of services, structure of operations for each service and were developed corresponding tariffs for services. By developing own tariff policy, CJSC “Dilares” pursuits, first of all, to achieve reasonable balance between minimization of client’s expenses and real cost of provided services. In other words, client will pay only that amount, which our services cost. This policy provides the establishment of long-term, mutual, partnership relationships between clients and depository.

The tariff policy of the depositary adjusts in accordance with changes in market conjuncture and depends on client’s demand and specifics of his activity in securities market. In special cases we can develop for our client individual service structure.

Currently CJSC “Dilares” offers wide range of depositary and registrar services for clients. Moreover, CJSC “Dilares” strives to keep the level of prices that existed in 2003, and in specific cases even reduces them. To individual clients (invalids, retired persons, participants of World War 2 and Afghan and Chernobyl events) CJSC “Dilares” provides services for free.

CJSC “DILARES” interested in stable and efficient functioning of the market, in attracting wide range of clients into securities market and forming favorable conditions for serving clients in depository, by developing our relationships on the basis of equality of rights of parties, honesty, truth, fully informing client about operations, carried out with his securities and cash resources, and related risks.

Business relations

CJSC Dilares maintains business relations with foreign countries in order to study their experience and to improve company’s activities. Our specialists participated in project “Assistance in creating Currency and securities exchange in the Republic of Uzbekistan” in Depositary sphere.

In the framework of this project there was developed and implemented joint plan of activities on improvement of keeping and accounting technology of securities, serving trade systems, further development of depositary activities. The results of the work were used in creating national double level depositary system.
