The group of Delta Max companies was created by the initiative of experienced specialists, who work in the securities market of Uzbekistan from its origin. The basis for its creation was the idea of offering full complex of consulting services in management and investment spheres.

The main development stages of Delta Max Group:

2007

• December - Delta Max Capital was recognized as "Еhe best investment consulting company of 2007" by the Center for Coordination and Controlling of securities market functioning under the State Committee of Property of the Republic of Uzbekistan
• September – conducting second Central Asian Congress “Securities market of Uzbekistan and Central Asian countries. Opportunities for issuers and investors” together with the official partner CBonds.ru information agency.
• July – Delta Max Broker became an official member of trades of Interbank Trading Systems signing a contract on cooperation with Interbank Trading System.

2006

• September - conducting first Central Asian Congress “Securities market of Uzbekistan and Central Asian countries. Opportunities for issuers and investors” together with the official partner CBonds.ru information agency.
• August – signing an agreement on mutual cooperation with Joint-Stock Innovation Commercial Bank "Ipak Yuli".
• May – signing a contract on cooperation with Interbank Trading System.
• May – signing an agreement on mutual cooperation with Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Kapitalbank".
• March – launching of official web site of Delta Max Group.

2005

• December – received the license № 1111 from December 21, 2005, for implementing brokerage activity.
• April – signing a contract on cooperation with Russian appraisal company “Specocenka”.
• March – signing a contract on cooperation with Russian information agency Cbonds.
• February – registration of Delta Max Broker company.
• January – received the license on appraisal activity № 000215 by Delta Max Capital from January 19, 2005 issued by the State Committee of property of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2004

• December – signing a contract on cooperation with private open joint-stock commercial Bank “Credit Standard”.
• December - was given a license on implementation of activities as an investment consultant in the securities market № 1063 from December 30, 2004 by the Center for Coordination and Controlling of securities market functioning under the State Committee of Property of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• December – attracting “DILARES” CJSC as a partner and forming the group of Delta Max companies.
  
• November – foundation of Delta Max Capital Company.
